Beautiful scenery, with great views of Mt. Fuji and a serene garden with Koi pond. Good food with a variety of dishes that always seemed to keep coming. The room was comfortable and clean with a good view and free WiFi.
The location was a bit isolated with few nearby attractions. Although we received great hospitality, it was difficult to communicate as English was not spoken very well.

The hotel has a great location - it's very close to the bus terminal, making it easy to get around. The view from the rooms is beautiful, especially the Japanese garden. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the Japanese breakfast is delicious.
The hotel doesn't have a gym or fitness room, which is a shame for those who like to exercise while on vacation.

Spent Christmas at a hotel near Mt. Fuji and had a great time! Loved the spacious and comfortable rooms with a stunning view of the Japanese-style garden. the delicious food was definitely a highlight, especially the fish caught in the nearby lake. the staff members were so kind and thoughtful, offering driving services and bringing out a hot coffee without asking. It was also in a great location, perfect for walking around the lake and taking in views of Mt. Fuji.
While the rooms were clean and well-maintained, they felt a little outdated. the hotel was also a bit further away from the main tourist spots, so it required a bit of extra travel.
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
